INDONESIAKININEWS.COM - Tim hukum Prabowo Subianto yang dikomandoi Bambang Widjajanto (BW) menyebut Joko Widodo membangun rezim Neo-Orde Baru.
BW dkk mengutip dari pernyataan Guru Besar Melbourne University Law School, Prof Tim Lindsey.
"Berkaitan dengan pemerintahan yang otoriter dan Orde Baru itu, melihat cara memerintah Presiden Joko Widodo, maka sudah muncul pandangan bahwa pemerintahannya adalah Neo-Orde Baru, dengan korupsi yang masih masif dan pemerintahan yang represif kepada masyarakat sipil sebagai ciri kepadanya," demikian gugatan Prabowo sebagaimana dikutip detikcom, Senin (10/6/2019).
Kutipan yang diambil tim Prabowo dari pernyataan Tim Lindsey adalah:

The resulting high prices and lack of new jobs feed discontent.
With elections ahead in 2019, Jokowi knows he has to cater to Islamist rabble rousing and keep the oligarchs happy in order to convince the public that the should be re-elected- all will somehow keeping the police, army and Megawati's concervative nationalist political party (the Indonesia Democratic Party of Struggle,PDI-P) on side.
In these circumstances, Jokowi probably feels he has litle choice but to dump many of his promises to civil society, which is increasing marninalised in any case. After all, if former general Prabowo Subianto runs again againts him, most of civil society will have little chance but to stick with jokowi, even if they think he has berrayed them.
"Berangkat dari dasar pijak di atas, bahwa Presiden petahana berpotensi terjebak dengan praktik kecurangan pemilu, maka berikut ini kami jabarkan dan buktikan bagaimana kecurangan sistematis, terstruktur dan massif dilakukan oleh pasangan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Joko Widodo dan KH Ma'ruf Amin, sehingga Pasangan Capres dan Cawapres 01 tersebut harus dibatalkan (didiskualifikasi) sebagai peserta Pilpres 2019, dan Pasangan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden 02, Prabowo Subianto dan Sandiaga Uno, harus dinyatakan sebagai pemenang Pilpres 2019; atau paling tidak pilpres 2019 diulang secara nasional," demikian tuntut Prabowo.
Berdasarkan keputusan KPU, jumlah suara sah pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut 01 Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin 85.607.362 suara. Jumlah suara sah pasangan capres-cawapres nomor urut 02 Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno 68.650.239. Jadi selisih suara sebanyak 16.957.123.
